Sir,

GOVERNMENT HOUSE,

HONGKONG,

20th May, 1932.

I have the honour to inform you that it

is desired to arrange for members of the Wireless

Staff of this Government, while on leave in

England, to obtain information as to the latest

developments in wireless telegraphy.

2. It has been suggested that a course of

one month at the Marconi Company's works or at

their Training College at Chelmsford would be

suitable for this purpose and I would accordingly

request that that Company might be approached with a view to ascertaining what facilities of this

nature they would be prepared to afford and the fees,

if any, which would be charged.

I have the honour to be,

Sir,

Your most obedient, humble servant,

Wo.d. Southeorh

Officer Administering the Government.

THE RIGHT HONOURABLE

SIR P. CUNLIFFE-LISTER, G.B.E., M.C., M.P.,
